What to Wear for the Holidays - and all winter long!

It seems like Halloween just happened and now it’s Thanksgiving and practically Hannukah, Christmas and New Year’s Eve! My husband has already attended his first unofficial work holiday party. And, as always, the age old question remains -

“What to Wear?”

I posted a cozy outfit suggestion a week or so ago on Instagram @positivelystyling and my friend Corinne who is a working woman and mom to young children asked for some ideas for outfits for all the social events. I thought that was something we could all use help with especially after the last few years of basically wearing pajamas and athleisurewear. I compiled 7 outfits - 1 for every day of the week - for inspiration as well as shoppable links in case you need a little refresh here or there. The looks go from upscale casual to dressy stylish chic. Items are selected based on comfort and wearability (check out the boots) as well as the fact that they create a bit of a capsule wardrobe where items can mix and match with each other for the whole month and beyond.

And this post coincides happily with all the Black Friday sales that seem to be starting earlier than ever. Many of the items featured below are actually reduced in price as of this posting.
